Artwork
Our Requirements
In order to achieve the highest quality print, certain minimum requirements must be met when submitting any artwork.
All files must be vector format and the text must be converted to outlines. Inner6 cannot be responsible for unsatisfactory printing due to improperly formatted artwork. Please see our file requirements below for more details. Inner6 is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your art file. If it is in your art file and on your approval, that is how we will print it.
If the customer does not have a logo or artwork, and just wants a simple text logo; such as your company name and phone number, please write the info in the “Comments” area. Also specify the font you want to use. Inner6 will make a text logo without an additional charge. The extra charge may incur if the requirement is complex.
Quotes are based on the customer supplying sufficient artwork that is “print ready” and requiring no touch-up or clean-up on there files. Upon the requests of customer, Inner6 will work on the modification of artwork with some additional charges. Please inquire if in
doubt about any charges.
Preferred File Format
Vector Adobe Illustrator Files (CS5 and higher):
Requirements:
• Please outline all fonts
• No embedded raster (ex. jpg) files.
• Please make a crisp image. No gradation or fading

Copyrighted or Inappropriate Images
Inner6 is committed to the appropriate and legal use of the intellectual property of others.
Inner6 cannot create any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent,
trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party. Inner6 has the right to reject any artwork that falls within the above-listed criteria.
However, Inner6 cannot examine all the images for the decency. It’s the responsibility of the customer to make sure if the submitted artwork is appropriate.
Generally speaking, brand logos, sports team logos, cartoon characters, and superhero logos are usually copyrighted.
Mock Ups
Mock up shall be delivered via email within 24-48 hours. If everything is correct, write “OK.” in the reply email. Inner6 cannot be held responsible for errors if the artwork is printed per customer’s approval or if changes are communicated verbally on the phone.
In case the Customer finds any mistake in mock up, the correction requests should be replied to mock up email. If a revised mockup is desired, a request must be made in the same email.
If the mock up is not verified within 48 hours, the order will be put on hold until approval.
Mock ups must be checked for spelling, colour, garment sizes, quantity, placement of the art, and accuracy of artwork by the customer. It is very important to look over every detail of the mock up, as this is how your garments will print. Inner6 will not be responsible for
corrections implemented or requested after artwork approval.
Please check your email regularly as to not delay the process.
Colour Proofing
Because of differences in monitors, equipment, garments and other conditions, the completed product may show slightly different colours from the mock up. Please consider a reasonable variation in colours.
Substitutions
Inner6 reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality unless previously agreed on a specific process.
Preparatory Material
Mock ups, artwork files, and other items supplied by Inner6, shall remain our exclusive property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Minimums
A minimum order of 12 units applies for screen printing and embroidery runs. No minimum order for Vinyl Print.
Specific Measurements When Printing
There is no way to effectively and efficiently measure a distance from the collar on each shirt as each garment is loaded onto the press by hand. If you particularly request a print that is 3” down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure that shirts hit that target, but not all shirts will hit exactly at 3”, they may be slightly off. This will not be considered a misprint and Inner6 will not reprint or refund these shirts.
