Are there any minimum quantities?
Why order 30 shirts when you only need 10? We specialize in small orders done very quickly with no minimums. Only order what you need.
What is your turnaround time?
We offer super-fast turnarounds. Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days depending on the order size but most orders are ready in 48 hours.
Are there any colour limitations?
There are no colour limitations. You can print full colour artwork. You can also print one colour t-shirts as well. The sky is the limit.
What clothing brands do you print on?
We can print on any t-shirt, long sleeve t-shirt, crew neck, or hoodie that is made up of atleast 60% cotton. Preferred brands are Gildan, Next Level and Bella Canvas.
How much will my order cost?
Cost varies by product. Total cost is calculated on the product page. For a price list, visit our price guide page. For wholesale/contract customers, email us at info@inner6.com to request a price list.
When do I pay for my order?
Payment can be made by credit card before the order goes into production.
What shipping services do you use?
We ship packages using Canada Post, UPS and FedEx.
I don't know how to design, how do I customize a shirt?
No design? No problem! We work directly with our customers to format their artwork or design new artwork based on their sketches or ideas. Additional fees may apply.
What file formats are preferred when submitting artwork?
Transparent PNG files are preferred but we also accept PSD, JPG, EPS, AI, SVG and PDF. Please make sure your files are at least 300 dpi or in vector format at actual size for optimal output.
